Beloved friends,

The guided meditation below can be done everyday for about 15mins. Be completely relaxed and expand your heart centre with compassion and love to all sentient beings and consciousness on Earth. 

The audio clip on the left panel is the full 1 hour light work. So you may want to make sure during this hour, you are not disturbed and pump up your fluids to assist in receiving the energies. 
You may wish to listen to the activations again however not more than twice this week. 

You may sit or stand whichever you are comfortable. It is however advisable to be very relaxed and focus with the constant thought of love and light, balance and harmony in your mind.

Lord Hermes speaks on the purpose of this meditation and the work being done. And reveals a meditation technique that can be done several times a week for 15-20 mins to clear the pollution in an area. Besides Water, Air is also an element we need to work on. Breath is Life.

The energetic vibration of the Universe is integrating several layers of compressed electro light pulsating frequency. 

These compressions caused pressure on the Crown and Throat chakra. Also heart chakra which some may feel difficulty in breathing.

One should seek within to arouse the inner Peace and surround the entire Auric greenish white blue light.

Instead of focusing so much on the “self”, one must direct intent and focus on the love and light of all existence. Connecting to the multi-dimensional consciousness of love and light and generate Compassion. Send this energy to all existence then the heart will expand instead of contract.

The pressure we are experiencing comes from the major groups of humanity who drowns their mind into sorrow and pain. As we are all connected to the light conduits of grids on Earth where all mind are interconnected through this networking communicating system. It is inevitable that we feel pain and calling of many others who seeks love and peace.

Besides maintaining our peace and balance, we can send our centered consciousness into their outer existence and magnetic field and call forth the friends of the forest to strengthen the magnetic connection through the grids of Mother Gaia (Earth).

To assist to intend light to those who calls for it, we must envision ourselves in pure liquid light and golden white luminous spirit force integrated with the energies and omnipotent existence of the Creative Force.

We must envision ourselves as the Creative Force as existing in pure liquid spirit light (Golden) surrounded within and without the energy of healing, compassion, peace and love – luminous Green, pearl Blue, radiant Pink.

Direct from our spirit body and encase these energies in the Merkabic field (6 pointed star) and place it gently right in the center of every existence vehicle for the intent of balance and harmony.

One can sit in this meditation with the palms in prayer posture with both thumbs slot in the center of the cupped palms for centering the heart centre and stillness and place the palms at the level of the heart centre (center of chest).

Surround the body within and without with deep compassion energies and practice the above meditation.
